Dr. Tiemao Shi is President of Shenyang Jianzhu University, Professor, and Secretary-General of the Liaoning Civil Engineering Society. A recipient of China’s State Council Special Allowance, he specializes in civil engineering, intelligent construction, and the integration of robotics in architecture. He has held visiting appointments at Oxford University and the University of Michigan, and actively participates in international academic collaboration.
