Abdül Halim Zaim

Abdül Halim Zaim received the M.S. degree in computer engineering from
Boğaziçi University, in 1996, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical and
computer engineering from North Carolina State University (NCSU), in
2001. He worked as a senior researcher at Alcatel USA, and as a
post-doc researcher at MCNC. He was served as the Vice-Rector at the
Istanbul Commerce University and as the Director of the Technology
Transfer Office at the same university. He is currently working as the
Dean of The Faculty of Computer and Informatics Engineering and is a
member of the Department of Computer Engineering. His research
interests include the IoT, big data, network design, cyber security,
network security, and communication-network protocols. He conducted a
lot of national and international projects, and thesis. He is also
consulting a lot of companies.
